College Library (Digital):
The college library is a welcoming and inclusive public space that strongly believes in promoting understanding and community engagement. It provides free and easy access to information, ideas, books and technology that enrich, educate and empower every individual of diverse community. The library spares no efforts to fulfill its mission by selecting, acquiring, organizing, reserving, maintaining and providing access to collection of materials and electronic resources that address the needs of the academic community. The Library subscribes to various national and international journals in the area of Horticulture, allied sciences and magazines for journal studies.
Library Space with list of holdings:
The library is situated in the College main building and the library is easily accessible to the faculty and student members of the college. The library is equipped with well furnished modern racks study tables and chairs.
- Books are arranged department wise viz., Crop Management, Crop Improvement, Crop Protection, Horticulture and Food Science, Social Sciences and general books.
- Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) system installed in the library is an online database of material collections held in the library, which helps to find out the books out of library collections.
- Koha Library management / automation software is installed to monitor the library activities like accession, issue and return of books.
- Library is equipped with seven CCTV cameras for monitoring.
- Bar code enabled student ID card is used and the same has been used for the library transactions
- The library provides facilities such as information retrieval through photo copying of scientific articles and bibliographical compilations.
Wi-Fi Facility
- Wi-Fi facility is available in the library premises and this facility is provided internet connection and these facilities are effectively used by the staff and students for their curriculum.
Books and Reading Materials
- The library is resource center for knowledge. The college library has wide collection of Agriculture, Horticulture and allied science related books. Books related to various competitive exams like IAS, IFS, KAS ICAR/UGC NET, JRF books, general books as well as literatures books are available.

Computers with Internet facilities
- The computer lab and library is equipped with sufficient number of computers with latest configuration and library is provided with separate UPS facility (5KV capacity). There are 25 computers available in the library. One computer for the server (Installed KOHA software), one for library circulation counter, one for OPAC, one for Assistant Librarian, and remaining computers for staff and the students who visit the library.
Internet
- The library is provided with separate internet link line. There are 25 computers with internet connection. Web OPAC of the library is available in the net. EZ-proxy remote access server is available in the library through which one can access e-resources, Krishi- kosh, CeRA, and Agri-stat in distant places also.

Employing the latest technology in Library Sciences
- The library fully automated with KOHA Library management/automation Software. Daily issue and returns, reservation of books, sending reminders, sending due information to the users is operated through KOHA software with OPAC Facility.
